Graphic Cards New Intel next-gen GPU Battlemage rumour pegs it as an RTX 4070 Super competitor with 16 GB VRAM and launching next month

what's the suggested PSU requirement for this B580? 600W?
Hardly. 500 will do you just fine, with some headroom to spare. Although it's always wise to have a greater capacity if buying new for a bit of future-proofing, Assuming you buy a good unit.

That's good to know! I've got a Cooler Master 550W PSU. I plan to upgrade to AM5 in the near future (7600/7600X) with B570/B580 as a potential GPU upgrade. I'm unsure if 550W would be enough for the upgrade or not.

It'll be just fine. The 7600 is extremely efficient, in itself.

No chance. AMD might though.

5060 will be 8GB & 5070 will be 12GB, confirmed by multiple leaks. There are ignorant people who bought 4060 & 4060Ti at it's bad prices for gaming, so there will definitely be people who will buy the 8GB 5060 at $300. IMO DLSS & RT are not worth it at even the performance level of 4060Ti now considering the increased requirements making 4060Ti 8GB a 1080p card (upscaling from resolution lower than 1080p might be good for handhelds or even laptop, but not for 24" monitors).
they might change it though who knows, seeing how 4080 was changed
ARC A750 is 19k, about the same as RX6600, both cost around $200~ in US.
B580 might be ~24k

Nvidia has a loyal fan base even among gamers, they did release 4060Ti which was barely 10% faster than 3060Ti at same price. They will still hold a majority of new GPU sales if they give just 10% uplift, so I see a very slim chance that Nvidia will "change". Just profit maximisation.

4080 is a $1000 GPU, they are definitely trying to change spending habit of gamers. There are rumours of $1200 MSRP for 5080 & $2000 for 5090 but time will tell. Even in current gen, the value for money aspect dropped pretty fast beyond the $500-600 GPU. Say a 4080S is under 50% faster than a 7900GRE / 4070S (when 4070S is not VRAM limited) but cost is close to double.
