After the warranty period is over, if there is any problem, the service center charges heavily for repairs(and I've seen this to be the case with most of my friends and family i.e the laptop always gives some problem after the warranty period.)
Since it is a laptop, it's very difficult to replace or upgrade anything yourself. With some laptops eg: Dell you can easily upgrade memory and HDD but some don't even provide an access panel to upgrade memory.
My suggestions for any laptop purchase.
1. Look for maximum warranty.
2. Look for access panel beneath laptop top upgrade memory esp. on budget models.
3. Ask the dealer if he will upgrade HDD seperately and how much he will charge for it.
