Laptops New Lenovo laptop display not working

Just got delivered a lenovo from fk.
Turned it on . While on window setup the display went blank and now its not turning on.
The laptop works while using external monitor but the laptop display seems to be defective.
Anything that maybe done ,or replacing is the only way?

I can boot even into bios from f2 on the ext monitor.
Does this mean the laptop display is done for?

Did you attempt a test by lowering display resolution of laptop monitor only, while connected to external display ?
Are display drivers updated ?

There is no display on internal monitor, even after removing hdmi .
Lemme try after lowering res.
Yes i have updated the drivers thru windows update.

Havent tried downloading the amd drivers manually.
Udate - lowered he res and removed hdmi ,still no display on internal screen

You know I was planning to get that laptop ( but with ryzen 7xxx). How is the experience apart from the display issue?
 
Who knows,right now i m salty regarding this, have booked a replacement.
The techician will come before 14th and if he gives doa will receive new one by 16th.
The issue is i will be out of town till late aug
