New PC within 30 K

Hello,

I need help to build a machine. My budget is 30K, I can extend it to another 5k . The machine will be used for Browsing, casual gaming and watching movies. I may also use it for photo and video editing. I may also have virtual PCs running on it.

I intend to use this machine for another 4 to 5 years (without upgrading).

Also i wold suggesting getting a decent PSU like the FSP SAGAII 350w ~ 1.5k/FSP SAGAII 400w ~ 2.1k/ Gigabyte Superb 460 ~ 2.2k. All 3 have 2 yrs warranty. Its better to avoid generic PSU's and go for quality ones as its better for the rig in the longer run. Also u can easily fit this in your budget. For cabby go for CM Elite 310~1.5k.

I will also use this rig to download movies, so will AMD AthlonII X4 635 will be a good option, considering power consumption. And also the room I'm going to keep this rig is not well ventilated and is warm, so will I require a good CPU cooler incase I go for AMD AthlonII X4 635 or even 435.

Can you also suggest me a Gpu, my budget is not more than Rs.5000.

meanwhile save some money and get 9600gt/9800gt/hd 4830/hd 5750/hd 5770 later

then in a year or two, get one cpu cooler, unlock your processor to quad core (80% chance you will succeed) and overclock.
