The laptop DVDRW drives are for which models? Will it fit a Compaq Presario M2000 series laptop ?

Yes both will fit in M2000, you have to swap front cover if you want to use LG drive..but if you chose Sony Drive it will look perfect with colour contras of ur laptop.
