new PSP questions

Got a new PSP 3004 as a gift :) but a bit disappointed that it cant be hacked yet :P .

I have a few questions about the PSP as i am completely new to it-

1. looking to get some decent accessories like a screen protector and a clear case for it. What should i buy? Where can i buy stuff in Bangalore?

2. Also, i need to buy a new memory stick for it, should i go with a 4gb or higher?

3. Should i bother upgrading the firmware, how do i do this?

1) Both.

Scratch Guard is a must.

U can try logitech hard cases as well. They wont be transparent but are perfect for psp protection and meant for outdoor gaming, avoiding the glare of the sun for u.

2) If u are not going to hack it.. or going to wait for the hack to come out.. purchase one according to ur movie/music requirements.

4 GB ought to be enuf.

3) Go to Sony website.

Check the new features of the new firmware. If u find anything useful added then only u shd give it a shot.

Else.. dont upgrade till required.

Thanks :) , i cant seem to find the logitech case anywhere online, would this be available at electronic retailers like reliance digital, croma etc? How much would it cost for a scratch guard + logitech case?
 
Last time i checked.. the screen protector was for as low as Rs 80/-

Brand was HORI.. the best u can lay ur hands on. Google abt the thing n u ll know. :)

I cant say abt Logitech's or Hori's availability n pricing in ur area.
 
Logitech playgear crystal case is available for ~Rs. 200 or even less last time i checked!

Price frm Palika Bazaar!

Online its wayyy expensive! :S
