ashr said:yea i know 1.16n is a point release. i'm not talking about ffa however. i find it stupid. i'm talking about 1v1 on competitive maps where there's no quad damage. splash damage alone isn't going to kill and that's why hitting a 100dmg rocket takes more skill than a 100 dmg rail. you need to predict and if you're up against a skilled opponent who moves and dodges well.. it isn't easy. as long as your tracking is good, you can still hit him with the rail no matter how much he moves.
and no i don't know who slack-x is either. what's that site? i didn't really understand it.
Tourneys are always fun. I used to run my own servers but i maxed out on the bandwidth too soon. I had a lightning gun tourney server that attracted a lot of attention
Obviously a single hit won't kill you and I absolutely love the rocket kills but not when a couple of shots have already inflicted some dmg coz someone hit a wall too precisely!
That forum has some of the most elite quakers. [OnU] Chr0n1c, {GD} Sadness - a very good female quaker, Jackson {FoD}, {FUKK} Serval Cat, guys from UE, EM, CoC, MXP and the formidable, GOH clan.
SlackX is a modder and map maker plus an excellent quaker. His mid air rocket kills are worth a watch. They play everything from old school DM to Rail Freeze and Q4.
