From where did you order the oscilloscope?
What is the final price for the scope? (Price + import fee + shipping)

Why not the Rigol DS1052? It is the most popular scope for hobbyists I think.

I live in Singapore so will quote Singapore prices.

I know Rigol is the popular choice but because its popular its expensive. Since these equipment can be faulty and its very heavy to ship in case of any issues I wanted to buy with local warranty. Rigol local dealer prices was too high. Siglent dealer offered me a far better price with 3 years warranty comparable to aliexpress and ebay prices
- Siglent bigger screen 7inches vs 5 inchs on rigol
- Siglent function generator is cheaper and I wanted to pair it together with the oscilloscope so wanted to stick to a single brand. Rigol again too expensive for the features
