I want AMD config.

Why?? It's within your budget(I think). The rig itself is 21k. The Monitor given there is 6k. So (21-6)+10 = 25. So that's your budget 25k. I think you can extend 1-2k more for VAT and other travelling charges.

If 25k is your strict budget +1 to sid. Go for G2220HD
