Cooler Master 460W 2.3k

Total - 31k + get MX 518 1.4k, Logitech 'Media' keyboard Rs. 400 + 2x Amigo 120mm fans Rs. 350 and speakers Altec Lansing 2.1ch in 3k range + UPS/Xbox gaming controller.

U can afford full HD panel, BenQ T2200HD will cost 9.5k~, but to drive insane 1920 resolution U need powerful GPU, so stick to 19".

+1 to above config....
its the best of all the worlds if you are ok with gaming at low res...
if u are not into gaming then leave out the cash for the graphics card and upgrade the monitor buy any mb with igp..
even go for AMD Socket AM2+..
go for biostar 790gx mb for 5k and a phenomII x3 720 be..
if u are tight on cash buy off a previous gen athlon 5000+ brisbane and upgrade later..
Amd offers much more room for upgrade. if you are gonna upgrade this rig then its the better choice buy off a good psu also.like a corsair vx 450 or CM "realpower" 500 or 600.
if you are not planning to upgrade the rig and will build an entirely new rig then the config given by paaji is amazin...
maybe u can spend a little more and get a good monitor and a psu coz they can really be carried over to your new rig..
i dunno abt the mx518 is worth it if u are not into serious gaming..
i personally use a basic mouse as i only play in my comp.. not on lan nor over steam..
