Android New ROM for Redmi 1S - what to choose?

Hi,

I was wondering what is the best solution to replace my Redmi 1S ROM with a more complete one.
This phone has some problems: like not be able to move apps to the external SD Card.
I googled the Net, and found several choices - like the Carbon ROM.
In your experience, what is the best choise that include features like moving apps, pre defined apps like Play Store, etc? And, most important, that doesn't crash?

The have wakeup bug.. sum tym phone will refuse to wake up from sleep.

all these roms are based on cynogen only, so common bugs plague them.. i tried mokee only.

After trying almost every major ROM available out there, I will suggest using MIUI with undervolting, underclocking and greenify.
