Its a sealed box , and i suppose warranty should also be there. Received as a gift , have no need for yet another cellphone.

Pls check from Samsung Customer care if Samsung honour warranty from sr. no. Tell them you lost the bill. Is warranty is there I'm interested.
 
I went to samsung customer care a week ago for replacing Lcd of my phone. They took 2 photocopy of the bill. warranty is from bill date. so no bill=no warranty
