These are the street prices. Its not worth buying a 2.8k worth PSU for a system with IGP. A zebronics Pro 350w@1.5k will be good enough for your config.
Plus a quad core is useless for a movie/ browsing PC and 2GB of transcend RAM will suffice. Performance RAMs like Corsair,OCZ or G.Skill is not needed for a ordinary PC. Dell ST2010F HDMi have a HDMI port. Price 7.5k.

I still recommend a better PSU for peace of mind with a quad and for the future. Get a CX 400 at least.

I might place the 9800 GTX in this new rig. Also, the CX 400 is 3.5 k i think. Stretching the budget much more. I doubt the above rig will sanctioned at all. First, let the financial sanction come, then let's see

If you go for 9800gtx get atleast gigabyte superb 460w 2.4k but corsair cx 400 3.3k or seasonic 380w 3k would be much better

see.. the thing is i already HAVE the 9800 GTX. but i may use it in my (ooold) rig or this new one. A powersafe 500W would do? minimum req would be a 450W i'm guessing...
