(New) tax levied on all digital services?

This has been around for a bit. I remember when I was renewing my Vimeo Plus subscription in 2019 they were charging 18% GST/VAT whatever Vimeo called it at that time but didn't have a system in place to provide a GST invoice with ones GSTIN, etc
