new touchscreen phone at 10K!

i'm looking for a touchscreen phone at or under 10K

main feature i'm looking are:

looks

camera

music

and this phone is for my female friend so looks matter a lot. kindly plz plz suggest me a good phone

operating system is not a issue!

Get a LG Optimus Net or a HTC Wildfire/Explorer

HTC would be better for a female friend

Choose from the Optimus Net and the HTC Explorer as the guys said. HTC phones have better build quality, looks and flaunt value. Plus, Sense UI is one of the best Android skins. This one has a decent processor and battery life too. I think you should go for the Explorer

HTC explorer is a good choice as long as looks are concerned but will be above 10.5k..

if its a strict budget below 10k then go for the samsung phones!!
