Well.

The rumoured minimum requirements were a 6 Series / x*** Series Cards.

Dual Core Processors (For Multi-Threading, Better Performance)

and atleast 1 GB of RAM.

So Id expect it would run on low - medium settings.

But im sure this will work on Older cards too. Its not like Atari to ignore older cards.

my FX5200 ran UT2004 @ High Settings with 60-80 fps .

It will run fine on a 6800gt at 1024 0xaa.
I played the unoptimised buggy ut2003 beta on a tnt2/800mhz at 640x480 lowest details and it was smooth.

Add to that, the fact that unreal engines scale very well.
