new website help!

my mums been running a boutique for a while now and she's got customers from all over the world. shes recently been introduced to the wonderful world of the internet and wants to site a website on the boutique.

any suggestions on how to help her out?
she wants something basic, not too complicated but eye catching... showing pictures and details of the products with contact info, company profile etc..

she got an offer from a site called exportsindia which does everything for her, but its working out to be quite expensive. she does not mind investing a little money but her budget is small.

can you guys give me some suggestions of how to get her started? different opinions so we can pick the best one out.

I would suggest an office live account Store and Share Documents Online | Create a Free Website | Microsoft Office Live. You can get a basic membership and domain name for free. But all the content will be static, but considering your need it will be perfect.

All you need is an international credit card and a US/UK address.

I just suggested this site for someone else too, there is a site called Create a Free Website , Free Flash Website Builder at Wix.com that will help you build your own flash web site and it is very very easy. They really do a good job and if it is for a commercial biz, you can pay to have the ads removed and it's not expensive at all.
