Havent sent him the money yet.. dont think i will.. coz e-bay customer care suks.. i am not sure if they wud re-imburse me if anything goes bad.. baazee did it in 3 months (i mean i claimed i had been cheated after a month or so and they did the paper work/corss verification n all and it took three months for them to send me the cheque).. e-bay asks u to wait for 3 months b4 u cud claim fraud! thats waaaay too long

as i m residing in manimazra which is about 1km far from his place.
i got his address from a friend of mine who has bid over his product(manhunt)
from chandigarh......the cds are pirated.

I am willing to to contribute.
but i feel we should contact ebay.in and buy it through them (special case)
we should not send the money directly to the seller.
if he is a fraud then it is better if ebay.in and the police handle this case. our direct involement will be of no use due to the distances involved. (filing of F.I.R's , legal case etc...) perhaps if somebody knows a high ranking police official in his district then that would help too.

i mean what police can do if there is no complain yet.and police will only respond iff sombody complains in written.one has to go to the station to regester an fir.if you want to lodge a complaint in cyber crime branch then its useless....coz according to them its not a crime.their defination of cyber crime is just hacking ,,,,or ****ography.

The prices quoted by this dude are below cost of production for the card mfg.,I think.How can he sell it for that price ,that too in India?
On top of that he claims he got the stock from Rashi(I too emailed him),if Rashi could procure(let alone sell) at the price he is selling,I bet they would be the sole disty in the country by now.

this guy recieved a negative rating from one of the customers and has made his listing as PRIVATE, so u cant read the comments/feedback left by the user....very conspicuous...
