But

Veteran race sim studio Slightly Mad (which houses the core team behind the excellent GTR games - though SimBin disagree) is at the helm, which should mean Shift is a more realistic, all-round polished package.

Sounds promising. They would have really spiced it up even more if they did it under the "Hot Pursuit 3" title..

well EA has given hardly 3 to 4 decent and good NFS titles in their NFS franchise so far, and shift loos promising coz its going back to sim racing which is very good coz i personally feel NFSV was the best NFS game till date. Also not to turn a blind eye to the developers are Slightly Mad Studios of GT Legends and GTR 2 which were again good sim racers jus hope NFS bounces back with shift.hyeah:

"POPAT LAL" can be a warning as well. May be some good guy in EA is warning us to stay away from the game because if we buy the game then we are " Popat-Lal".
