Nintendo Wii Mod Chip - Modchips for the Wii

The modchips enable you to play gamecube and Wii games burnt on DVD-R's to play perfectly (for gamecube, you'll have to burn it on mini-dvd blanks). The Wii has been thoroughly cracked.

Should make their way soon to Palika (Delhi) for those don't want to import. I guess pre-modded Wii's should be here for sale soon enough with rs.100 a copy of a game.

And pre-modded X360's have made their ways into Palika, and will mod your X360's if its not but make sure you enquire about the modchip before they equip it (yeah I know its old, but heads up for those who don't know about it yet).

Yeah, apparently, I went today to check some stuff out, I'll be going tomorrow again to check the kind of library they have and the cost. Also, they only sell pre-modded Xbox360's, they say they cannot mod any new X360's brought to them for now as the concept is 'fairly new'.
 
I wouldn't run out to mod a 360 right now as the failure rate on the machine seems to be on the high side. You mod it, it FUBARS, have fun with a 25000 Rs paperweight. I'll buy one when Halo 3 gets here maybe they'll be a bit more stable by then.

Thanks for the heads up, great news on Wii front. The only reason I didn't buy a Gamecube was because you couldn't chip it. With the Wii being fully backwards compatible this really is awesome news for me. Will pick up a Wii in a year or so.
 
White will get dirty easily, and the screen always looks brighter in contrast to black covering - ALWAYS.

I'd rather go for Blue if I had a colour choice.
 
Ok guys, its time to warn those who will be opting for modded X360, like m47r1m put, X360 are so very prone to malfunctioning, this is one hell of a rushed system from M$. I've had the red light of death where it crashed after every 30 mins of play, but then I connected it to another electric socket (which had a good grip) and since then it hasn't crashed once! Been playing it for 4-5 hours straight everyday for past 4 days and I think its gone now (right after I changed the socket, this sucker takes a hell of a lot of electricity to run).

So those going for modded X360 here's a warning from myside, its extremely important you tell this fact to their faces before buying the system and take their word for taking care of the system if it decides to brick/breakdown etc.

I have'nt seen Wii's in Palika yet, I'll try to find out if they've got it yet. They just cracked the system and its just starting to hit some leading online Modchip stores with international shipping if some guys here are desperate. But I suggest you give it 1-2 months and it'll freakin' flood the grey markets here.
