No Internet on Vista

Hi

I just installed Vista RC1. The network is working but the internet is not. It doesn't let me use my own IP etc address and says that it is invalid when I specify.

I installed on Asus A8N E, no drivers nothing installed for Vista so far.

What should I do?

I dunno abt you but the intenet worked fine for me right from the word go

i had similar problem on vista..but i called airtel engineers(my isp is airtel), and its working fine now.....

All you need to do is enter IPv4 details in IPv4.

No manual config. req. for me ... just installed the drivers and setup a dial up network . works fine ..
