I purchased this phone last year and It served my purpose very well. Now I am planning to get some business/Touch phone. So this kid is on sale.

It was purchased from Planet M with 2 yrs of warranty.

^ stop crapping my thread. Nokia discontinued this model long back hence new purchases won't be serviced by Nokia imo.:@

Nokia has discontinued the model, but still it has to service new handsets sold even now. That is part of the 1 year warranty they provide, so that shouldn't be a problem.
And as for the thread crappers above, a new 5320 with bill and warranty sells for not less than 8K in most places. Check univercell.in or ebay. The availability of the handset might be a problem. And, in my personal opinion, this handset is a great phone. :)
