Just a thought, couldn't you have rejected the item at the time of delivery (order would get cancelled) and got refund instead if you had changed your mind about it so quick? Or was it after opening and using it?

I was planning on using it but then found it a bit big currently using nokia 3310 as my basic phone
Also amazon doesnt have return policy only replacement i can get it replaced with a sealed phone if required

Well you can have a chat and convert the replacement in refund... give it a shot! But the reason should be strong enough though..

But it does seem a bit wasteful. Maybe the chat option is better if it works out.

Girish, call them, tell them the phone is too big for your hands and tell them that there is no point u wasting time and resources at ur as well as amazons end asking for replacement and then again starting a return to get a refund.

Please note this will work only if your account is in good standing.

thanks @dazzwilliams @nRiTeCh m getting a refund from amazon, i had ordered a replacement which just got delivered but the outer box was wet due to heavy rains so i called them told them the issue and requested them to raise a return as i am scared to open the phone as it may be damaged too
