Nokia C6 01 OR Nokia 603

Hello friends, I am planning to buy new nokia mobile set and I have shortlisted two phones.. Nokia C6 01 and Nokia 603, having same price band.I want to keep my mobile for at least 2-3 years, so which one should I buy and what would be you pick for yourself (personal liking) if you have to chose fron these two sets.

I would suggest for Nokia C6 01 its far better then 603. Here are some specification of C6 01..

Nokia C6 01 has a brilliant 3.2 inch AMOLED Capacitive Touchscreen and 16M colors combination.
It has a superb 8 MP camera with resolution of 3264 x 2448 Pixels having features Face Detection, Geo Tagging, and also a secondry 0.3 MP, VGA Camera (640 x 480 Pixels).
It runs on a 680 MHz ARM 11 processor, Broadcom BCM2727 GPU and 256 RAM, 1 ROM internal memory is 340 with 322 external memory Support.
It supports all major connectivity options like Bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE, WLAN, 3G with HSDPA, 10.2 Mbps; HSUPA, 2 Mbps.
