Where is it available for 11.5k ~ 12k with tax + freebies ???? :@

Lowest I know of is 13k+VAT with free Scratch card ( cashback -Rs 200-10 lakhs) + free Senheisser PMX 60
 
recently nokia has cum up wid a scratch card scheme ...
my frend bought a E63 and in his scrtach card he got 11,000 free.
His phone actualy turned out 2 b free..
