  3. Crappy charger, pins gets disconnected with the minor touch
  4. Plastic body not the metal one like its predator E71
  5. Very short length of USB data cable
[BREAK=Conclusion]

It is available for Rs 11,099 at mobile store with free Reebok bag, parker pen and Aircel Sim and for Rs 10,950 at Nokia priority center with free Reebok bag and have warranty extension scheme by 1 year for Rs 1414.

At this price this is the best qwerty keypad business class phone available in market till date. It is for those who are new to this kinda phone and wanna give a try. If budget can be increased to 15k then I would suggest Nokia E71. But for this price it is a value for money phone.
I'll rate it 9/10.

Have been using the phone since 6 months, it has some really nice features, especially the browsing is a breeze with Opera et all. The bundled office suite comes in handy.

However stability wise, it loses points. I have the latest firmware and I need to re-start the phone atleast once a day, random hanging. Especially when you call up someone, and the other person disconnects.. I think Symbian has reached its end now, and Nokia should either move on to Android, or Win Mobile. You have to give Apple the credit here, their mobile OS is by far the most stable I have ever come across...

Same problem with me, but i haven't updated the firmware yet. Would u recommend to do that?
