there r no scratches minor or major on the screen
on body there r no scratches
all keys n keypad working 100% fine
sliding keyboard working 100% fine
THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING AT ALL
have all original things which come with box
have box too n head phone was used once or twice after that it was never used
at bottom of the 2 corners of lower side there is very little polish gone(not on the glossy border on up side) but there r no scratches
at top of the 2 corners of upside there is very very little polish gone (not on glossy border on upside) but there r no scratches
