Can anyone let me know how the Nokia N series phones are? I'm looking for n70 and n73. I don't like the flips and sliders.

Also, any reviews on 6233 and 3250 would be really appreciated?
Thanks!

The Nokia N series phone are quite good... the N70 is currently the best phone.. N73 is also awsome, but its just launched and i wont advice one to buy it till its next firmware updated phone comes as it has got some bugs as of now..

Other than these... the 3250 is a great phone, cousin using from past 6 months.. no problems at all, hasnt even hanged once...
The 6233 is also a very nice phone but its not symbian.. but its the VFM for its price..

n70 seems to be the best bet considering price and features..saw 6233 ystday but wasn't impressed...only 6mb internal memory on a 3g fone really SUCKS !!!!

in case u dont know... it may have 6mb onboard memory.. but the 6233 has an intresting feature, in case u are receving a file thats larger than the onboard memory, the phone automatically moves and saves it to the larger attached MicroSD card... so not a bad phone actually...

N73 : latest n series with great camera
6233: famed 6230 successor. Good at everything it does
n70 : backbone of nseries. All other phones are just showoffs. This is the one that earns them(nokia) bread. Ah just joking. In short good phone with some features outdated.

Is this possible on other Nokia phones ?? Like N70 or N72 or 6681 or something ??

good that nokia finally added that feature :hap2: , had a nokia 6600 and a 3230 which had problems recieving large files because of low internal memory.

Thanks guys! n70 seems like a good phone. one of my friends is using it and no problems yet. n73 is recent, better and expensive. I might wait for it to come into market to avoid firmware related bugs. A new phone is long due for me :(. Using a 6600 currently. I'd go for another nokia smartphone only.

HELP ME HERE GUYS....

Yeah . It is possible on nokia 6630,6681 n70 ,6600 .
I am not sure about n72 but most probably in that too.
But it is not automatic. You have to change your inbox settings so that the incoming messages are directed to the memory card instead of the phone memory.

its possible on older smartphones.. but they have the problem that they wont receive a file larger than 5mb at one go... so u need to put in a special software for it.. i dont remeber the name.. will look it up..

and The N series already come up with the feature i am talking abt.. all u need to do i setup your inbox settings like aka says...

well thats cause, their batteries arent good enough.. The N73,6233 and the N93 come with a 1100M batteries which lasts around 2 -3 days easily on normal to heavy usage as suggested by the reviews..

Only problem with the NSeries are that they have very less talk time like 2-3hrs only.

Is this for sure? My friend using N70 said that the battery was good. I'd check reviews too.

EDIT: It depends upon usage. My friend do not get much calls, so I guess the battery last longer. Charges every 3 days. In my case, I have to charge my 6600 every 2 days. The talk-time for N70 is 210m and for 6600 is 240m. So it's about the same.

check the castrated N70 a.k.a. N72 as well, keypad layouts a lot better.

Only diff afaik is that n72 comes bundles with a 128mb rs mmc against 64mb for n70, and 22mb int memory against 20mb for n70
