Nokia N82 lcd not working :(

Ok i pick up my phone and lcd is not working, Removed battery and started again, random lines show on the display, red blue green etc..
and then it goes black..

Everything else is working fine..Some how connected through bluetooth to read mesgs..

Any suggestion?
Its out of warranty..

Either the LCD is gone or the the flexi cable strip which connects the LCD to the board is gone. get it checked at a trusted mobile repair shop.

99% the connector cable is gone, was your phone exposed to moisture lately ?

if the lcd is gone then damages ~ 1.5k

if the cable is gone then damages ~ 0.7k

The screen used to get slightly, very slightly dim on its own since a month, and used to happen very randomly, and not often..

Right now, sometimes when i press a few places, a few coloured lines come on the screen else its over all blank only..Rest of the phone functioning normally..

^ Take it to nokia care. They will charge somewhere ard 330 for servicing and give you in a day if no hardware problem is found.

BTW they charged hefty 1200 for display IC which might be culprit as it seems.

carry the bill , if ur stock is older and u bought it later itd anyways be OOW , carry the bill , 99% of the times they do ask for the bill
