Almost New Nokia N97 Mini in White color with USB data cable, charger and battery. Sorry, no earphones and box.

Got it as an exchange from a fellow TE member for another item. During travel, his bag that had the box of the phone containing its bill and earphones has been missing.

But the warranty can be checked online at Nokia India Care's website using the IMEI/serial no. of the phone.

Selling as I got it under exchange but realized that I don't need another phone and that too such a hi-end one, I'm too careless with phones.

If you exchanged or dealt with a te member...how come you have 0 itrust score....and 2 posts only??

Yeah, even I'd prefer that. Would save me shipping hassles.

Btw, I don't know why it shows only 2 posts, while I've posted as many as 79 posts till date. I'm well aware of the requirements of being able to enter "Member's Market" forum and have qualified for it, that's why I'm here. Showing "2" posts could be a software glitch.

As far as '0' iTrust score is concerned, I'd request that TE member to leave the feedback for me.

Hope your doubts are clarified. If not, lemme know. I can talk to you over phone and/or meet you if you're in Delhi.

Again, I'd prefer personal pickup for the phone any day over shipping it.

Allow me to clarify it for all: hellgate exchanged his N97 Mini White with my Logitech Z-5500 speakers (plus cash) this past Sunday evening.

To make it as smooth as I can, I insisted him to cover over my home, inspect and listen them in person and then deal.

So, he came, I connected the whole system, he checked it out, I checked out his N97 Mini and we did the deal. Then, since the speaker package was heavy and big, at 11:30 PM Sunday night, I drove 25 Kms. both ways to drop him at his apartment.

Monday around 4PM, I called him and asked him if he's okay with the speakers and also enquired about the warranty of N97 Mini. He said he's fine with the speakers.

Now, 2 days later, Wednesday, he's coming back, writing me PMs, SMS, posting derogatory comments in my N97 Mini post.

So, I want to ask Mr. hellgate that what has been going in since Sunday evening that made him do all this today (Wednesday). What did you check, first at my home on Sunday and then at your apartment on Monday, that made you feel good about the speakers on Monday. And now this ??

Care to explain, Mr. hellgate ?

And if Mods are to be bothered, I'd request them to read the above comments and then take necessary actions. And I'll be okay with their decision.

And I'll talk to hellgate today and try to sort out the issue. Don't want to keep him unhappy, but situations should be sorted out professionally and not forcibly

i dont deny anything that u've sad but u dont expect me to see the dust covered sub & control pod at night.
i mean i took ur word that they were used for a few days & then kept packed.
& even u too know why i didnt open them after i brought them back.
i told u i'll be shifting so didnt wanna take them all out & repack.
it so happened that i got the blu-ray of avatar & thought why not connect the spkrs & try just for 1nce.
its at this time i saw & got pissed off.
Never i my dealings have i hidden facts.
so i do expect others to do the same.

ok so here goes the whole story.
Our 1st deal was for the iphone 3GS 16GB that this guy was selling.
We had decided that i wud give him my E90 (1yrs old) & 16.5k xtra cash for the iphone 3GS 16GB.
we checked out the fones in person & then after a few hours dealwise called me & said that the external display was not working. I told him ok bro u take back ur fone & gimme back my fone & pay me 16.5k.
The nxt day he said that he had to pay 1.9k to get the fone repaired.
I told him that if he has such complaints then i'm ready to pay the 2k that he had spent for repairs from my pocket. so all he needs to do is pay me 14.5k + e90 & take back iphone 3GS 16GB. from this time onwards he did even receive my calls

Noiw this deal:
We had agreed for N97 mini = Z5500 + 1.5k cash.
I went to hi house at bout 10, checked out the spkrs that they were in working condition.
He checked the N97's warranty online & deal was done.
the very nxt day he called me up and said that he had contacted Nokia care and they said that they wont provide warranty without bill. So i said ok fine bro just take back ur spkrs + 1.5k cash & return my N97. he said ok i'll let u know. He asked me if everything was fine. I had only tested 2 sats & the sub after i got them home for about 10-15 mins & then packed them up.
When "yours_majesty" (fellow te member) confirmed the deal to buy my spkrs i thought why not connect the Z5500 & also play th Avatar blu-ray.
So i connected them & then i saw that the PC connectivity cables were missing.
I used the MX5021 cable to just feed data from pc to Z5500.
Yesterday i went to Nehru place to get the reqd cables & when i came back & started connecting everything i found that there was dust everywhere & one of the sats grill was torn.

Now just few mins back called up dealwise, and wat he said was that if u want to revert back deal gimme back my iphone & spkrs & take back ur E90 & N97.
I said why bring up the old deal now? He said ok then take back ur E90 + N97 & return My Z5500 + 10k cash.
I asked him why cant he just revert back this deal. He said those were his principles.
I told him ok then bring this onto the forum we will see ther, on this he said "AAPKO JOO KARNA HAI KARLO"

Now u ppl decide and tell me wat sud be done.

Your majesty "hellgate", the world is not governed by you.

On phone with you 10 mins. back, I agreed to revert the deal provided you take your E90 back that you gave me a few days back. Because, as I told you, there are plenty of issues with that phone. Before I bought it, talking on phone, you told me it's in good condition while the fact is it's been repaired many a times and in pathetic condition. It's a total contrast to what you told me before I bought it. And you'd agree that I didn't even check it while buying as I took your words on it.

So, it's very simple: I'd revert the Z-5500(+cash) / N97Mini deal and you revert the E90 deal. I even am ready to bear Rs. 1900 that I paid to get the external display on your E90 working.

What more do you want ?

When you were at my home, me and my Dad connected all speakers and sub to the main control unit and to the DVD player, played it all for you. You checked everything yourselves, even checking the sound at high volume and all. You asked me a question on the LED light of the main unit and checked it yourselves. I asked you to check everything thoroughly as I wanted to avoid the mistake I did while buying your E90 and not checikng it and you said, it's all okay. Only once you were satisfied, we re-packed the stuff and I went all the way to your home at 11:30 in the night to drop you.

And now, you're coming back and doing this ...... UNBELIEVABLE !!

If you're expecting me to take Z-5500 back as you're not satisfied with it, why can't you take your E90 back where you clearly know all the issues ?

And as I told you on phone, it may be easy for you to meet one day, do the deal, then meet some other day, reverting the deal. I just cannot do that. You're working night shifts, so have all the day with you. Not everybody is enjoying the same luxuries as you.

Again, you return Z-5500 as you have problems with it, you take E90 back as I have problems with it.

You cannot just get what you want and shoo the other guy away.

@ Mods, lastly, whatever you decide.

even i was ready to bear 2k from my pocket for wat u had to go thru but it was ur decision to keep the fone.

u never gave me any offer of reverting only this deal only i cried foul, but i did so when u cried foul over warranty of N97 mini........

Why mix two deals into 1?

U can ask others members whom i've dealt with, ask them if i've hidden any facts regarding the products?
 
well hell gate is honest seller, i can vouch for that...and i think dealwise should revert this deal back...both deals are separate and should not be connected and dealt with separately .....
and one more thing...if dealwise got the phone in exchange +1.5k...should'nt that make it worth 14k? why is he trying to sell it off here for 16.5k!
2.5k profit? ! thats really bad :\
i advise you to return the phone back to hellgate+ 1.5k and take the speakers back....
and dealwise this forum is not meant for making profit, don't misuse it :@:@
 
i wonder how did dealwise start thread without pics of z5500 and there was so many posts still no mod closed thread and no1 noticed ...

why no warranty even if it was few hours used ? u didnt specify how old was it .. the box should have importer sticker and warranty is there from the date on the sticker if no bill is there ..

i have dealt with hellgate 2 times and he used to call and inform even small things and made everything clear .. it seems that seller does not want to take the z5500 thats why he making excuse to revert the old deal first ..

I didn't cry foul over N97's warranty. I just asked you the shop where it was bought at so that I can go there and ask for a duplicate bill. Is that called "crying foul" ??

If it is so,fine, let's forget my cry.

Anymore issues ?

You checked each and every component of the system in person at my home before buying it. You spend almost an hr. checking it all.

I fail to understand what's "hidden" here.
 
The fact that u declared th spkrs were used for a few days (3-4 days at max) & then packed and kept in box.
then how come there is so much dust on the sub & the control pod & 1 of the sats gril is torn?

Just revert this deal. why the hassle. if u werent satisfied u should have gave it back earlier.
