Nokia N97 Mini White, Almost Brand New, under warranty -- Rs 16.5K

I've had deals whre in the seller sold me a mobo (abit ip35-e) and when i tried using it with my E8400 (E0) steeping the thing didn't boot.
the seller offered to take back the product.
since the seller did no hide any facts i took the pains of arrange a Pentium D just to flash the BIOS.
Had u cleared the facts i woudnt have said a word.
also did dint metion that u were not including the pc-spkr connectivity cables.
had to spend 800 bucks to get them. still didnt tell u anything.
I dont trade here to make profit. Its just a place for me to sell off stuffs that i no longer use.

But, I've already tried from my side. hellgate has issues with spkrs, I agree to revert the deal. I have issues with his E90, he should revert the deal.

Why does he expect me to forget about my pains and act so as to relieve him from his so-called pains, the existence of which is questionable to me after reading his various remarks on issues, from dust on subwoofer to missing cables (while he actually packed everything alongwith me and my Dad) with the last issue being me asking 16.5K for it.

I'm confused, honestly !!

Its a matter of fact that hellgate offered dealwise to revert back the E90 deal when it happened and dealwise didn't, so thats completely out of question! and had a talk to hellgate about this ; According to him, the E90 was working properly when dealwise collected it from him.
Secondly, as this is the deal which is currently under consideration, hellgate has immediately asked dealwise to revert back the deal as he was unsatisfied with the product's condition. so dealwise is not supposed to cry foul over the previous deal as he already had a chance to return the E90 to hellgate, which he didn't and missed that opportunity.
And guys please dont use foul language yaar, this is supposed to be a technology forum which should be actually filled with EDUCATED people, so please keep it so...

In fact, as I told you Sunday while driving you back, I called you when I saw your post for the iPhone you got from me, your phone was switched off but you didn't call me back and in a cpl. of hrs after that, you posted that the iphone is sold off.

So, for me it was all over at that very moment. I acted professionally and accepted your phone as my fate.

On the other side, after checking Z-5500 pkg. personally and so thoroughly by yourselves, you gave me different reasons
(First via PM: dust on subwoofer and main control unit --> you're quoting this as a reason to return it !!
Then on phone today, you said you had problems with spending some 800 bucks on some cables and started bashing me on that and not at all talking about dust --> you yourselves packed everything on Sunday at my home, every darn component that comes with it was there, I connected the ENTIRE SYSTEM while you were here and it was all unconnected and packed in the box that you carried home in my car and
Lastly, you showed your frustration seeing 16.5K as asking price on my N97Mini post --> And I'm with you on that. This is actually the reason of your frustration.

I've been putting my comments in an amicable manner but you're now trying to make it dirty by uttering comments like "sleeping with the E90". It's not nice.

What do you mean by "so where did those cables come into use that day". You saw my whole entertainment system incl. my home theater system, plasma & all. That cable is the one I pulled out of my Onkyo amp (& DVD) and connected it to the control unit of Z-5500.

I don't know if the optical cable comes with Z-5500 pkg, but if that is what is bothering you, I can give you that cable. That's so small a problem to make such big noise that you have, citing reasons like dust, me making profit, etc., etc.

You can collect the cable anytime.

On the iPhone, ypou yourself told me Sunday that someone got your phone no. from some other TE member, contacted you and bought the phone and you don't know him.

And now, you're expecting me to take the iphone back ? From where ? That guy whom you sold it to ? Can you guarantee he didn't change anything to it. As far as I know, iphones are very vulnerable to changes. Would you take such an expensive gadget back after it being in the possession of someone unknown ? If it was in your possession, I'd have taken it back, but not now dude.

Many Thanks "egobrain.exe", "Desecrator", "udayrulz" and all other TE members for their wise comments and taking the botheration to go thru long text here. I really appreciate it much. APOLOGIES to put you guys through all this, but it was necessary to clarify it for all TE members.

hellgate is nicer than me, I met him twice.

I don't know why is he upset. I'm ready to cooperate with him in all manner. If dust is the problem, I can go to his appt. and clean it up, if that makes him happy. If he wants a free optical cable, and even though uday confirmed it doesn't come with the system, I can give it to him. If me asking 16.5K is his problem, then I'm stunned and speechless !!

from trading the speakers with his N97 + paying him cash even though I didn't want an extra phone but he was so interested in getting Z-5500, that I felt good after helping him out
to driving him all the way (25 kms. roundtrip) at 11:30 PM to his appt. as a token of respect and friendship. My Dad even scolded me for that because I had returned home at 9 PM that day after being out for most of the day and he wanted me to take some rest as I had office starting 7:30 next morning.

Anyhow, fellas, please join me in wishing luck to hellgate who's moving to Pune for good. I hope he enjoys his new venture there.
