Northbridge Cooler Fan

Hi all,

Can any1 please suggest me small fan for cooling my Northbridge and where I can buy it from? It doesn't necessarily have to be made for that purpose. I will attach it with zip ties to my NB. Will KMD deliver it at my doorstep if I order it from him :huh:

Please give links and cost in India for the same

Which mobo/NB?
Cheapest option is to use a 60mm fan off some old athlon XP heatsink.

Else you have to search at Lamington road for 40/50/60mm fans.

Prices may vary from 50-100 bucks of refurbs ot more for new ones.

No- KMD won't do doorstep delivery for even the PM maybe. :lol:

But he does have Delivery personnel who will do it- charges extra.
You can order fan/s of choice from newegg/Amazon/ crazyPC or any other place as his sig says- But that will cost a lot lot more. :cool2:

How much more? I am using 650i Ultra Mobo btw and I doubt a 60mm fan will fit on it :S

I am also using 650i Ultra mobo both southbridge and the northbridge get really hot so what cooler should we use?

use old p3 copper cooler with 40mm fan and cut it sideways so that it fits the NB.

i have a coolermaster 50X10 mm fan.

which can be used to cool the chipset

if nyone wants it lemme know.......
