Now Airtel Prepaid FUP!!!! WOW

If Airtel does block you from making a call to a particular number, I guess that is reason enough to drag them to court. They cannot restrict users from using their mobile phones thy way it is normally used. FUP on broadband plans where you take a speed cut is one thing, but this is just ridiculous! The best way to go about it is to make a lot of noise in the media. And I don't agree that they won't mind losing a few customers. Being a service oriented company means they need customers to sustain their business. A few thousand of us leaving Airtel AFTER making it clear that we are leaving cause of their idiotic policies will definitely wake them up.
 
actually, i think you better check it again with the CC. bcoz they r actually a couple of idiots and give stupid answers. for eg, 2 days ago, i was unable to access gmail, gtalk, hotmail from my docomo card but able to access any other site. the cc girl said to have a min balance of rs. 10. i then went to the online customer care and they said there were technical difficulties. in 10 min all services were restored.
 
:O I can't believe what just happened. I called CC to check on the status of the complaint. The guy gave me the same crappy response "Sir, technical error". I asked him to forward me to his senior...he was the same parrot, "technical error'.

At that point I lost my cool and told them I'd take them to the Court and banged the phone.

And then it started...I started getting messages of activation of value added services on my phone, 13 of them ... balance deducted for each.

I immediately called the Nodal Officer and told her the entire incident and the name of the Senior Executive. She deactivated the services and reversed a balance of Rs.38 (though as per me, it shuold have been Rs.60, but I didn't press on it). I asked her to take action against this son-of-a-pre-paid-whore Pradeep Chauhan, Senior Exec. I also told her that I'd make a criminal complaint against him.

10 minutes later, the flood starts again ... I'm again subscribed to 7 services. I call the Nodal Officer again (this time a different lady, a dumb-ass...the last one had caught on to what was perhaps happening). She kept going like reverse ho jayega sir reverse ho jayega sir jub mera system update karega. I asked her to put me through to the Nodal Officer I had already talked to, she won't or couldn't whatever.

Anybody has any ideas how I could locate this guy so that I could actually make a police complaint against him?
