saw Asus TUF 5070Ti on ITDepot or some other website for 1.26L, what an amazing time we live in.
do you guys think the price will go down? if yes then by how much?

I think only shit cards like the 5060 8GB and 5050 will be made"available" (read: no artificial scarcity)
Mouth watering prices. 1L for a 5060 - best deal ever. Suddenly I see 4090 pricing as VFM.
Three RTX 5070 Ti variants have been listed on mdcomputers with the lowest starting at 1.07L for the Galax model and the most expensive being the ASUS TUF variant at 1.26L
Crazy times indeed!
Then it must be Mdcomputers only where I must have seen the pricing.
One thing’s for sure—RTX 5xxx absolutely crushes RTX 4xxx… in price! Performance? Who knows. But when it comes to cost, this gen is the granddaddy of them all!
Nvidia ne sabka "C" banaya with Capital Letter waala.

sadly, that is what prints them money now. a starship load of money. again sadly, as a publicly traded company they have to chase money and make their shareholders happy. that means make as much AI cards for the money that their AI customers are throwing at them.

we gamers can only pray that the AI infra push cools down now that the AI companies have sufficient installed capacity. also now the Trump admin will crackdown on their indirect supply to China via other countries like Singapore etc. so there is some hope I guess.

disclaimer: I have few S&P 500 so technically I'm too a shareholder :hilarious:

DLSS4 Performance preset has added some relief vram wise to my RTX 3080 FE, after seeing the RTX 5070Ti prices, I am thinking of getting OLED monitor instead, tried of playing on my LG CX .

But you already have LG oled TV ?
Maybe keep it further away. I also went for monitor but in my case TV was not practical at all at arm distance and don't have space to keep it away.

QD oleds are supposed to have much better color brightness, so if you are gonna buy, probably go for a qdoled so you will have both woled and qdoled.
Monitors will probably be not as bright as TV and overall i have heard that TV has better hardware with things like motion clarity ( BFI etc) and better configuration, but lower refresh rate and pixel density.

But yeah if someone does not have oled and has budget for these gpus 100% go for oled instead. Perfect blacks + Contrast + HDR is such a huge difference. No amount of RT will make up for it.

@HE-MAN we're all 3080 boys, including @Tracer_Bullet (and he also has an OLED monitor, so he'll be the best judge).
