there's loads of manufacturers like EVGA, ASUS, MSI, Zotac, Palit etc
now which is the vest for GTX 460 1GB.
(I'm not looking to overclock it and not using any cooling systems nor PSU)
I think i'm gonna buy a PSU, but definately not a cooling system! so please recommend according.

MSI factory OCed version should be good for you. ( not sure what name they gave to 460, so search for hawk, twin frozer, cyclone etc )

Not going to OC my gfx card, if its factory OC'd, then fine!

PSU m gonna take of 400-500W n no cooling system.

460 is a generation old buddy.. go for the 5xx from nVidia or 6xxx from ATI, again your budget, gaming resolution and current rig?

^^ you sure you wont consider the HD6000 series(HD5000 series and GTX400 series are a generation old you know)

the 10k budget will give u a HD6850

460 768 mb should be enough for that rez if you arent going to upgrade your monitor for a year or so. Saves you 2k~
