My current PC is with CM Elite 430(3months old(its new! :-))) and i bought the NZXT Gamma for new PC which will ready with another 15days.
Now the question is for the new PC which caby is best. Gamma or Elite 430?

New PC config will be
i5 2500k,CM Hyper 212 EVO, MSI Cyclone R6850, MSI Z68A GD65 or ASUS P8Z68 v, Gskill Ripjaws 2x4GB, Corsair GS 600, ASUS DVD RW, Seagare 1TB+500GB,

So which caby to use ELite 430 or Gamma? Which is having good air flow. I can install fan separatly.

Here is my impression with both caby

Gamma
Looks good and fancy, Build also good, Like the front Audio out in the middle so it will not disturb the DVD tray.

Elite
Looks flat old, Build is good, Front Audio out in the top and it will disturb the DVD tray.somehow it is irritating me.

Please suggest

I think you know the answer, Get NZXT Gamma for your next rig... Good VFM than Elite 430, and perhaps good airflow too.

I'm using Elite 430 with 1 front fan, 120mm Cooler master fan at bottom, 1 Xtraflow fan at back of chassis.. and airflow is quite good.

My temps in Elite 430

CPU Idle temp - 33c

CPU Max temp - 72c

GPU Idle temp - 28c

GPU Max temp - 61c

Airflow is not an issue with gamma; with all six fans and PSU at bottom with exhaust; you can not get better than this in this price range (AFAIK). One issue which I found was the front fan filter; after time when it catches dust; its hard to remove and clean. I cleaned it couple of time and felt that it might not be a good idea to do this on regular basis. so right now have tweaked it a bit. (changed the place of filter and its all set)

Cable management is a pain though; not enough space in the back to tuck it all. But in this price range; recommended.

Sorry for hijack...

Just one questions.

what about NZXT Source 210 Elite compare to these two model.

A shade smaller, no front fan [a la Cooler Master eLite 310], basic design with seriously limited air-flow probability so not as much VFM as the Gamma for a gaming / enthusiast RIG, but a good buy for budget home users.

Hope this caps it, relevant links for the same --

^^ If you ask me, then YES I would recommend a gamma
<

I saw something interesting in the OP's build - GS600..

I guess its not a recommended PSU. Kindly check the TX counterpart of Corsair or Seasonic s12II 630W..

Go for Nzxt Gamma-2.4k and Change the psu to Seasonic S12ii 520W-3.6k OR Corsair VX550W-4.3k it'll be solid enough.

Gamma is Good though cable management space is a bit cramped for a 600W PSU having many cables.

also check out Silverstone 80+ 500W & 600W @ 3k & 4k resp.

I say go for the Elite 311 instead of the Elite 430. Bottom PSU, cable management is better, good airflow, removable HDD cage, available on flipkart and price is good too!
