This wasnt expected from such a brand nor anywhere on the net I found such info.
May be some current voltage issues with the source..
 
I have the same thing NZXT Hue+, I think my leds have gone bad too. Had it in storage, took it out to test it and it’s giving a lot of trouble, however I did manage to get it all to work at once and then lost it after I fiddled with it some more. Perhaps some one can source 4 pin strips and get it to work? I’m currently using the corsair lighting pro kit which is unmatchable and way better. Back in the day these NZXT LED’s were good.
