A Piece Of Advice : You have installed the fan on the cooler in the wrong direction... Just remove the fan and install it where the second fan should have been installed... i mean on the next side... And install it in a way that it throws the air outside of your cabinet...
Yeah i thought of that.. but later i thought that having three pulling air out of the heatsink would not be conducive(cpu+upper two 200mm). so one push and two pull
unfortunately the micro-atx is stiffling the fan for space. i also thought of adding the other fan for the u12p in push-pull config but was not able to reach the 4pin at all..(another reason why i was not able to install pull heatsink fan alone) so abandoned that idea.. honestly though i need a atx board..
