O2 XDA Stealth White Screen... Broken?

My O2 Stealth is showing a white display.

It dropped out of my hand and had a 3 feet fall.

I used the phone with MyMobiler application, which shows my phones display on PC and its working fine so nothing is broken within the phone.

The touchpad (digitizer) is also working so only the LCD is broken i guess?.

Any ideas from where i can get this repaired or get a new LCD.

Also the LCD isnt physically damaged, its just plain white with single line towards center-left.

Is there like a market for only phone spare parts in india?
