Actually spacescreamer, every user has to provide evidencial backing to pass any outrageous statements they make as fact.

A quick visit to wikipedia has shown you to be correct in this case.

wikipedia said:
The name Pakistan (IPA: /paːkɪst̪aːn/) means Land of the Pure in Urdu and Persian and was coined in 1933 by Choudhary Rahmat Ali, who published it in the pamphlet Now or Never[5] as an acronym of the names of the "Muslim homelands" of western India — P for Punjab, A for Afghania (the Afghan areas), K for Kashmir, S for Sindh and tan for Balochistan. An i was later added to the English rendition of the name to ease pronunciation.

@ CK Nish

yea , i agree wid u .. and i got no problems in furnishing evidence..

bt its basically the manner in which a user has retaliated..

we all hv the ability to use all sch expressions. bt we are here to share and grow together.. not to trudge on the road to a spoilt future.

@khubbu

i kno it yaar ki wiki is an open source thingy .. and one can add the contents.. bt i hv reasons to say so .. a pakistani resident wont lie to me on this ..

i hv an online frnd from Pak for 3 years now.. and i got this info for the frst time from there only..

now i dnt maintain an archive of 3 year old stuff.. else wd hv provided a screenie there and then itself.. :)

Actually, a Pakistan resident WOULD lie. They would just love to show in any way possible that all these "muslim homelands" should be one country. Pigs!!

hmm ... true that.. cud be very mch possible ..

bt i read a few sites .. as many other things abt the indian leaders were also told .. so this thing was confirmed amongst many other things as well ..
