Video One plus one compatible Cardboard device

Hey y'all!

As the title suggests, I am looking for a vfm cardboard device, compatible with 1+1. Also, how is the overall experience with the device? Worth investing in one?

Secondly, I have read that cardboard transforms your phone into a movie theater? How true is this claim? I have a knack of watching movies in bed and if this claim is true, it would be an added boon.

Thanks in advance!

Best cheap- vr for oneplus one. I used aura vr but it had problems with OPO which was confirmed by that company.

For watching movies, theres an app which makes it sorta look like watching a video in a movie theatre. Youtube app has vr mode. Try it to know exactly how a video will play in vr mode

Well quality VR headsets like carl zeiss VRone retails for 99$ and that's considered cheap :)

As I said, I used aura VR (around 800INR) I think and It had problems with OPO. Returned it and ordered converge VR. It worked fine.

If you want cheap, you can order cardboard VR~INR500 which isn't durable and lacks headbands for hands-free operation

I can see many variants of converge vr set. Which one should I order?

You want the cheapest cardboard. Like for 100rs ,go for desicardboard , and yeah it is compatible with opo . Battery consumption is very high using any cardboard app plus the phone heats up in minutes. You simply cannot watch 2hour movie with cardboard.

This usually go around for 599/- . I got the version 1.0 for 100/- after applying a coupon which was posted on their website. You could contact them if you wish .
