Do routers give more than the usual channels? I've seen only tplink and jio routers, where some channels are disabled. In apartments all these routers using same channels too might cause issues.
It depends on the provider (if supplying router), and specific models, as you've mentioned, since the 160 Mhz Channel is also available on AC routers.

This is not an airtel connection - it is a local ISP. The connection is a backup for my main airtel FTTH. My usage case is that I need to have low latency stable internet during working hours of the day, hence 2 connections for WFH. My apologies if things were not clearly mentioned.
