Halloween sale is a small sale, we have the Autumn Sale at the end of Nov and Winter Sale at end of December. Although PUBG probably will not get a discount. It's selling like hotcakes and people are getting banned left and right who are buying even more copies.

I don't have the game, but I have it has 20-70 ms from India.

No you don't get 20-70ms.
It has SEA servers so expect 90-100ms in north india and 60-80ms in south.
Game doesn't even show how much latency you are getting so you can't complain about servers.

There never was, there is a non official site where you can test your latency to amazon servers which hosts pubg.
That site has mumbai(india) as a option so people think that pubg has indian servers.

Still in my opinion dishonored 2 at Rs1300+ isn't worth. It is ridiculously optimised and plays like a dlc to previous one. Maybe i should have chosen his daughter as playable character for different experience.

How can the US codes be applied to Indian PS IDs ? Will it work ?

Can't work that way. The codes would work only for US accounts.
I've both India and US accounts and I do most of my all my purchases from the US account.

The code would work only for the US PSN account. I mostly use that one to purchase stuff since there are mostly better deals there.

WHAT!!! Really! Its a good game, man. It may not be worth the full price but around 1000 INR is ok for it. And, now it is free. Uplay is not that bad mate, not that I love it, but if anyone wants to play a ubisoft game, they pretty much have to use uplay.Not worth to download uplay for this.
