You need not be anything to participate, there is no criteria. You just need to have a stable internet connection with <180ms ping (preferably) and should know how to play.

I am in for CS 1.6/Source, unfortunately rest of the games i can not run at this time (Old config).

We already have too many games, even the ones listed wont all make it.
