1::First dont give page screenshot but the whole page with url screenshot.

2::For netbanking i dont think any bank asks debit card details.Even if they need they will say to contact branch not online and never password is asked unless you making payment that too to secure sites with https address like of bill desk.

Definitely something is missing.give a full page web screenshot.

Please post the URL in the broswer in screenshot.
And to be safe I would suggest to call up CC and block your online account..
Or login to the https website from another machine and change your password

url was http without ssl, I didn't check url for https when login i checked after seen that phishing, at that time in my pc the onlinesbi with ssl was redirecting to apachewebserver problem page, but ican open page without ssl which is fake. I was using google dns in my modem , after i changed dns to auto i able to open sbi site with ssl encryption
i changed my passwords within ssl encrypted website

[h=1]Please ensure the following before logging in[/h]
  • URL address on the address bar of your internet browser begins with "https"; the letter 's' at the end of "https" means 'secured'.
  • Look for the padlock symbol either in the address bar or the status bar (mostly in the address bar) but not within the web page display area. Verify the security certificate by clicking on the padlock.
  • The address bar has turned to green indicating that the site is secured with an SSL Certificate that meets the Extended Validation Standard.(Available in IE 7.0 and above, Mozilla Firefox 3.1 and above, Opera 9.5 and above, Safari 3.5 and above, Google chrome).
  • Do not enter login or other sensitive information in any pop up window.
[h=1]Beware of Phishing attacks[/h]
  • Phishing is a fraudulent attempt, usually made through email, phone calls, SMS etc seeking your personal and confidential information.
  • State Bank or any of its representative never sends you email/SMS or calls you over phone to get your personal information, password or one time SMS (high security) password. Any such e-mail/SMS or phone call is an attempt to fraudulently withdraw money from your account through Internet Banking. Never respond to such email/SMS or phone call. Please report immediately on
    report_link.gif
if you receive any such email/SMS or Phone call. Immediately change your passwords if you have accidentally revealed your credentials.

I just logged into my online sbi account (https://www.onlinesbi.com/retail/login.htm) and I was not asked to enter my debit card details.

Also please keep in mind that you should never give your a/c details or for that matter try to give login credentials in a page which does not start with https :
My suggestion would be you immediately change your password for onlinesbi, just to be on the safe side.
