Hey guys i've noticed that many ppl join TE to exchange invites of different torrent sites.... They don't have any idea what TE is all abt.... I think der shld be any system that can ban users who join TE for only invites or have joined TE 2 years ago but have 15 to 20 posts, if that can't happen then MODS shld check torrent invite thread regularly and shld do sumthing..... I think torrent invite thread was made for regular members of TE so that dey can exchange invites not for ppl who have joined TE in 2007 but have only 4 or 6 posts and that also in Torrent invite thread only.... Guys please do give some views abt dis issue.... N sry mods if i've written sumthing wrong :) ......
 
^^ You cannot force people to post in various threads....Its an open forum & anybody can join.... Not everyone has an expertise on everything & most may be here to learn.....

if 2 people are exchange invites then its their personal matter .

whether that member is new or old or he is here only for exchanging invites doesnt concern us .

at least by exchanging invites he is helping one of our other member who could be a noob or a guru

he is not interfering in others business or cheating somebody .....
 
Sigh.. There's no point in discussing, arguing or making restrictions..

Everyones has their own agenda. Some only post in General Talk, Others only in markets and some are only here for invites.

As long as its not affecting the overall picture, I think it doesn't matter.

I think the guy is making a really valid point. TE is a technology forum not a torrent site invite forum, is it?:S
