Opening ILDC.gov.in Gives Chinese Text

Just now, when I tried to open TDIL Data Center, I got a page containing the following text:

So, I tried in Google translator, but Google translator showed the webpage correctly. What could be the problem?

Its is coming up fine for me. Which browser are you using? Check the language settings. You may have switched them unknowingly.

i think it is something to do with Language settings of your browser

Thanks for your replies guys. Finally found the reason.:hap2:

The reason was the bookmark which I added for this site. I added the bookmark very long time ago (possibly 1 year ago). After that, I think I never checked this site. The exact reason is as given:

<DT>:: Technology Development for Indian Languages (TDIL)

This is the original bookmark exported into html.

Here, LAST_CHARSET="UTF-16BE" part was the culprit.
I changed this to LAST_CHARSET="ISO-8859-1" and now its working fine.
I came to know about this value by comparing with a new bookmark of the same address.
I was actually worried that my system was compromised.
