Outgoing mail problem with Outlook

My friend is using Outlook express of Winxp all this day and working fine with BSNL Broadband.

Now all of a sudden, Outgoing mail problem started.

config;
POP3 : mail.rgagro.com
STMP : mail.rgagro.com

In Port : 110 (default)
Out Port : 25 (default)

The above settings were working fine, Now the same settings are not working, getting message Port 25 is used, Outgoing mail server not found etc. BUT NO Problem in incoming mail.

If outgoing port setting changed to 26, working but very very slow.

you will need to check the pop3 settings with the rgagro mail admin.

it actually should not work if smtp port is changed to 26.
