Outlook problem

hi friends
I have posted this thread in Application Categaory.But no one has responded hope somebody will pick this and would advise me.
I am facing one peculiar problem in outlook2003.It prompt me to go for safe mode evrery time i start the outlook.It gives error like i have not closed it properly in previous time eventhough i closed properly.I missed lot of featurs in safe mode.i uninstalled and reinstalled office2003 but no change.Pls help me out to rectify this problem.
 
2 Things you need to do here

1) Update the Outlook to latest Service Pack

2) When in safe mode go and check which module is causing outlook to boot in safe mode.. Could be a rogue plugin.

Module name is mso.dll .I downloaded the same dll and copied it to
C:\program files\common\microsoft shared\office11 But problem not solved.
