ok so u liked it very much i guess u were the first buyer of this pair of HP

good was thinking of getting this as well mainly for voice chat not for gaming , movis or music

is it good for voice chat and comfortable for long durations , i mean is the cushioning provided good enough not to cause ear pain after long usage ?

Cushioning is decent and I watched a movie for like 3hrs and felt no pain, yh you sweat a little though. If you want I'll post the images of the same.

Amarbir, leaving aside the vibration feature, how does the OV T99 compare to Microsoft's Lifechat LX3000 (which is a USB-only model) in terms of sound quality?

Well ,

Never Heard The MS ,Also The USB In My Ovann Is Just For Powering the Vibration Motors ,Its a Analogue Product ,Not Bad For 1585 No One Would Be Disappointed .

I need a basic headset with good quality mike...Was looking for creative headsets..But wanted to try a diff band this time...
So suggest me with a good one...

Tiwari ,We Have the Pl-12 Now Thats a Bassy IEM With HIFI Effect Good SQ Then Pl-11 Also .For Hippo Boom I Can Get them For You Also. Guys Ebay Listing Of The Ovann Headsets Have started .
